The system has recently undergone a thorough review and now bristles with new features not found in systems costing twice the price! As well as having the Windows XP look and feel, the diary now has a user-configuration facility to enable individual operators to define diary and quotation over-views to suit their own tastes. Ph2 now uses the latest version of the award winning DBI Technologies Graphical scheduling tool to provide a powerful and intuitive graphical alternative for driver and vehicle scheduling. The sales ledger and contract systems have been enhanced, a word processor has been added, and there are a number of new operational and management charts and reports.

Ph2 integrates with T2 to automatically chart coaches as new tours are added, and we are developing XML Web-Services to enable Ph2 to work over the internet and from hand-held wireless devices. There is already a quotations request plug-in available for WebRes.Net to enable customers to post coach hire enquiries from the web direct into PH's quotes diary.

Support for the AFD Postcode address management is integrated into Ph2 for rapid and exact client addressing, subject to licensing from AFD. The Cash and Sales Daybooks integrate simply with the Sage Line 50 and Line 100 accounts systems.

The programme ships as standard with the royalty-free Microsoft FoxPro database, which is easily adequate for small to medium sized organisations. Really high-volume users wanting the additional speed and stability of SQL can upgrade to the ADS-powered client-server version at additional cost.

Ph2 is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98, ME, NT4, Windows 2000, Server 2000, Windows XP home, XP Professional and Server2003. The XP features are only available on Windows XP and above. The Advantage Database Server is supported on Windows 2000 Server and Server 2003.
