t3 builds on the excellent pedigree and proven functionality of the market leading t2 passenger reservations system. The new product uses Sybase - Advantage Database Server (ADS) to deliver a high performance, multi brand distributed passenger reservation solution with unparalleled speed and integrity, whilst maintaining the rich functionality of t2. We have added a range of new features and benefits aimed at integrating the requirements of higher volume operators, including a graphical interchange and pickup management option.

The pickup system is based on an interchange model and we have built an impressive Map-Point based application to manage the operational and financial aspects of routing. Traditional straight-line routing is also supported. There is a portfolio of tour reports included and they can all be viewed on screen, printed out, or faxed directly to hotels and coach operators.

Booking is simple, fast and intuitive whilst still managing to maintain a personal touch. Simultaneous bookings can be taken on the same coach, making the system perfect for large volume operators. Travel agents can book live onto the system using Webres.net, and the agent support has been greatly enhanced.

t3 has a voucher tracking system for the issue and redemption of gift and holiday vouchers plus there is an integral client loyalty points system based on frequency and duration of travel.

Server - T3 requires a Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 (32-bit) server to operate.  The server requires Sybase - Advantage Database Server v 8.1 (or above) with client accesses for each T3 user.
