Webres 5 Launch - Countdown in Progress.... 


Webres 5

The WebRes 5.0 release is almost upon us. We will be releasing this in early June. WebRes 5.0 comes with a whole host of new features and helpful tools to allow you make the most of your website.

The product upgrade itself is free for our existing WebRes 4 customers with only a small implementation cost to cover the time required to migrate the individual styling.

Track Your Cases Online Using Our New Support Portal

We are constantly striving to improve our support service and have listened to the requests of our staff and customers for a more proactive support case management system. One where the customer can login, create and track their support cases with us. Throughout the spring we have been upgrading our internal systems to use the Zoho support case management system.

Improvements include an online 'Customer Portal' where you can log in and create support cases and look at responses from our staff to your queries.

Are you Ready for Sage Pay? - New ph28 \ t28 Autoupdate Versions Released.



You will be probably be aware that we are migrating all of our customers using the Verifone (formally Commidea) card processing system to the latest Sage Pay Payment Gateway.

The migration process is already well underway and it is now absolutely vital that all of our customers are running the latest versions of their reservation software. If you are using the ph28 or t28 Auto Update system then please accept the updates as they are released. If you are on older version and don't receive automatic updates then please contact our support team to have Auto Update enabled.

t3  and WebRes customers will be contacted directly by our support team to ensure they are running on the appropriate product release.

The Travelstyle Tours websites have been updated to be fully responsive to encourage more mobile and tablet visitors. Take a look and see how we are helping our clients offer a rich and enjoyable browsing experience to all of their visitors.
