We are constantly striving to improve our support service and have listened to the requests of our staff and customers for a more proactive support case management system. One where the customer can login, create and track their support cases with us. Throughout the spring we have been upgrading our internal systems to use the Zoho support case management system.
Improvements include an online 'Customer Portal' where you can log in and create support cases and look at responses from our staff to your queries.
