     Major update for t3

"t3 has just had its biggest overhaul since its launch "

 

The latest release of our flagship t3 Tour Management System is going down well with tour operators and their teams thanks to it’s new friendly look plus a host of new productivity features. The gift/holiday voucher issuing and booking payments systems have been greatly enhanced and there are new customer relations features for recording and tracking clients letters and holiday documents across multiple tours.  Operations teams welcome the ability to batch email travel details, including feeder pickup lists and tour packs, to their suppliers.. 

A major update is also available for the  t3 Routing Application which now uses the latest cloud based ‘Here Maps’ technology for home pickup and interchange management.

WebRes 5.0.5/6 Released

We have added some great new features in the latest version of WebRes including an improved CMS, expanded search filtering and a host of general fixes and improvments.

Are you protected against Ransomware and Viruses?

Sadly we hear far too often from sour customers which have been infected with viruses and even worse still, Ransomware!   Ransomware is an extremely serious threat and it’s all too easy for staff to inadvertently invite this dreadful plague onto your computer network.

What is Ransomware?

Ransomware infects your PC ripping mercilessly through your crucial documents and data making the files unusable. That’s just the start!  Taking advantage of the desperate situation you now find yourself in, the virus then gives you a seemingly genuine opportunity to regain access to your files by making a card payment to a fictitious company. Under NO circumstances must you fall for this ploy. It only escalates the situation and opens you up to card fraud. You won’t recover your valuable data – it is shredded beyond repair.

Before you become a victim of this crime, please talk to your IT Support Company and make sure that they have security systems and best practices in place for your company.  You should also have a robust Data Recovery (DR) procedure in place with regular backups and procedures to help you in case of fire, theft, sabotage, data theft and a whole host of other perils.  It’s not cheap, but it’s much better than losing your business and your hard-earned reputation.

All Viruses, Malware and especially Ransomware are a real and present threat to your systems and sensitive data. We strongly encourage all our clients to be aware of the seriousness of these threat.
