Enquiries can be printed onto address labels or brochure insert letters to be mailed to the prospective customers.
To print the labels, click the Reports button in the Enquiry form toolbar and select the required label format. There are a number of preset formats, but custom layouts - and even standard response letters - can be configured by the Roeville support team. In addition to the client name and address, each label can also show the brochures which are to be included.
When the labels have been successfully printed - and are not jammed in the printer! - you are prompted to update the label run. This stage of the process copies the requested brochure items to the Customer History files and then clears down the requests. Once updated, you cannot return to the label run.
