Once a booking has been cancelled, the booking will display a yellow banner that shows the date of the cancellation along with the initials of who cancelled the booking.
After a booking has been cancelled, you may find that you would like to reinstate it. To do this you will need to open the cancelled booking, then click on the Edit drop down menu and select Revive Canx Booking.
You will then be required to enter a reference for the revival. Generally, this will be the initials of the person who is reviving the booking. Once the reference has been entered click on the REVIVE button. Your booking will then become a live provisional booking again and will no longer display the yellow banner.
