Meet Roeville at the BOBI 2014 Show on stand E21

We are exhibiting at the BOBI 2014 show at the NEC in Birmingham on the 12th and 13th of March. In addition to showcasing the latest editions of our Private Hire and Tour Reservation software we will be demonstrating the power and flexibility of the WebRes E-commerce Website and Passenger Reservation system.

If you are coming to the show then please make a point of visiting stand E21 and saying ‘Hi’ to the team. As well as meeting new potential customers, we welcome the opportunity to catch up with our existing clients and chew over what's new and discuss what you would like to see from Roeville in the coming months.

Your Data Is Important - Look After It

 

Your Backup 

Do you take regular backups of your data?  Do you check and restore these backups to make sure they are working successfully?

Taking backups of your data - especially your Tours and Private Hire Data - is vital and should be top priority for any company. Sadly we have seen occasions over the years where people have not taken this seriously. Fires, computer thefts, hardware failures and virus attacks result in disruption to business processes and, in extreme cases, a total loss of data can threaten the very existence of a company.

So make a point of checking your data security policy and speak to your IT partners and make sure that a thorough and regularly checked backup system and disaster recovery plan are in place.

Major t3 Update

 

t3 

Continuing development of t3 and our other products is key to our customer's success and free program updates are available to everyone holding a current support contract. We are convinced that regular software updates help customers to improve their productivity and streamline day to day tasks. Updates to our core products are released periodically throughout the year and we strongly encourage you to subscribe to them.

This t3 update is an accumulation of smaller patches released within the last few months and contains significant improvements in many areas including route handling and reporting.
