If you operate tours with a flight element, you will be affected by the changes to the ATOL operation which come into effect on the 1st October. From this date you will be required to produce an ATOL certificate for every booking covered by the ATOL scheme, and be able to store and reprint copies for the CAA’s auditors.
We are pleased to announce that updates are now available for t28 and t3 to issue and track the certificates in order to fully comply with the new legislation.
Call our support team for further details.

Roeville have been notified of the following from the Web Data Centre that our WebRes web servers are based in:
"On Sunday 19th August at 12.00pm midday until 2.00pm, will be carrying out essential maintenance to the network infrastructure as part of a general upgrade to multi-path routes.
The maintenance window will last two hours and during this time, you may experience occasional brief outages as router configurations change and BGP route path re-convergences occur.
We do not expect to have significantly long periods of outage during this window and will try to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum as part of this activity."
What this means to our customers is that while the upgrade is happening (just under a month away) at the Data Centre your website may experience occasional and brief outages over a period of around 2 hours.
If you have any questions then please contact the WebRes team.

Following up from our recent newsletter Roeville is pleased to announce that the new auto update software is now live on a select few customers for final testing.
Richard Andrews comments: "No longer will customers have to wait for the latest update of the ph28 or t28 software by support staff; this will be fully automated after an initial update that enables this feature. We've listened to our customers and this was the number one feature that they wanted to see as part of their support contract benefits."
On top of this you’ll receive update release notes directly to your ph28 or t28 product via this service!
We’ll announce when this is fully live to all of our customers. As it stands it’s looking positive for the backend of June.
