The WebRes team would like to inform you that over the next few days we will be migrating some of our WebRes websites onto new and more powerful web servers. Each site migration should take no longer than around 30 seconds each and in most cases even less than this. The new WebRes web servers come with the benefits of an even faster and more reliable service along with the added benefit of running on the latest software Operating System. If you have any queries regarding this please contact the WebRes team directly.
Adam Leggott - 7 October 2011
We would like to express our thanks to everyone who came to see us at the Coach & Bus Live exhibition in Birmingham this week. It was a
successful show for us, with lots of visitors to our stand - some familiar
and welcome faces, others entirely new to us. John Roe's speech at the
Master Class Theatre was also well received, with attendees finding it to be
an informative, useful and entertaining talk.
Adam Leggott - 30 September 2011
Please be aware that there are currently some issues with the WebCom reporting system. Many transactions that took place yesterday (29 September) are being duplicated on the reports. Commidea are aware of the issue and are working to rectify this. Note that the actual payments will
not have gone through twice, and it is only showing incorrectly on the reports.
UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing some problems, please contact the WebRes team.
Adam Leggott - 29 September 2011

All WebRes customers should be aware that we have today updated your site's internal card payment table. This is to keep in line
with the revised card ranges issued by banks, and to allow your clients to continue making seamless payments online. Please
contact the WebRes team
if you have any queries regarding this matter.
Note that this update has been applied to all WebRes customers, whether you are on WebRes 4 or the older v2 system.
James Brailsford - 22 June 2011
Please be aware that we have recently received some new information regarding "declined card" messages. Some banks have now started to use different messages for this, as follows:
Lloyds TSB - "Request Invalid"
Barclays - "Not Authorised"
Bank of Scotland - "Do Not Use"
Therefore if your acquirer/bank is with any of the above, your customers might see these messages instead of "Declined". In addition, it is possible the customer's bank, if it is one of the above, might issue such a message (e.g. if funds are insufficient to cover the transaction).
Adam Leggott - 16 June 2011
Unfortunately there have today been further disruptions to the phone lines in our area. This means we have very limited access to the internet, and none to e-mails, and telephone communication is also limited. We are able to monitor our Facebook page, so you can leave messages on there for us. You can also try the office phone number but you may have difficulty getting through. We will update this page when things revert to normal.
UPDATE - You can also reach us via the e-mail address roeville@live.co.uk.
UPDATE - All lines are now restored, and you can contact us via the usual methods. Many thanks for your patience during this time.
Richard Andrews - 15 June 2011

Roeville would like to remind our valued customers that we’ve improved the structure of support department for our ph2, t2 and t3 customers recently. We’ve now assigned account managers to our customers from our existing support personnel meaning that you now have a central point of contact with us. The advantage of this means that you have a dedicated person at Roeville who is responsible for dealing with your support queries and this person can hopefully gain a better knowledge of your business through dealing with all of your queries as opposed to different members of staff dealing with different support queries.
We’ve already allocated our customers their account managers and hopefully by now you’ll all know who your contact is. If not then please email through to
support@roeville.com and we’ll send the appropriate details on. This is one of the many changes we’re implementing to continue to improve our support service to our customers.
Adam Leggott - 2 February 2011
