SMS Alert - the new application from Roeville Reservation Software

Roeville's SMS Application is now available! Now you can keep in contact with your customer base by sending short, informative text messages directly to their mobile phones. Using this application you can send your customers up-to-date information such as reminders of their coach pickup points the day before travel, or changes to pickup times on the day!

The SMS Application is a desktop application which allows you to send single or bulk SMS text messages to customers.  You can filter directly from your t3 system which customers you would like to contact.  This can be done via pickup point, booking reference or tour reference.  You can also manually enter a mobile number to receive a specific text message.
