New Features
• Recurring Event Patterns. Driver and vehicle events can now be added as recurring patterns to save on duplicating up on common events. These can be scheduled on a daily, weekly or same day pattern (similar to Microsoft Outlook). Individual event dates can be removed / deleted too as required. This can be done from the 'Diary' or 'Resources' screens.
• Customers can now accept an emailed quote and request to convert to a booking. This is added in as a 'Not Reviewed' booking and still requires the operator to confirm that they can accommodate the booking and to confirm. Email alerts are sent to PHCloud users to advise when quotes are accepted through an email too. In Profile settings you can also configure the 'Quote Expiry Days'. So for example if set to 30 then the customer has 30 days to accept the quote from the date of creation.
