New Features
• CMAC / Coach Hire Comparison Integration - the foundational work for our upcoming Coach Hire Comparison integration is included in this build. Reducing admin and making the transfer of booking and driver information between operator and CHC seamless, this feature will be a huge benefit to mutual users of both systems. The full feature release will follow in an update shortly where more information will also be provided
• We’re pleased to extend our website hosting to PHCloud users, with the ability to setup and host rich template private hire sites, customised with your own logo’s and text, from only £35+vat pm. Additional quoted customisation can also be purchased. The site supports our embedded quote form, allowing your customers to request quotes pushed instantly into PHCloud mapped, routed and ready to go
• Driver Shift Functionality - a fantastic innovation and new feature release for PHCloud, as we introduce shift and payroll features to our users. The latest version 3.0 of our Drivers App (coming to IOS and Android stores very soon), will allow the driver to start, pause, resume and end his or her shift

This feature then gives a visual indicator in the Diary Overview to the operations team, that the driver has clocked on and ready for their shift
The driver schedule calendar (found in Resources > Drivers > Select Driver) then gives an overview of the previous shifts, and hours worked, along with allowing the operator to confirm that the driver was in the correct place when signing on or off duty. Simply clicking on the shift will pop open a summary panel to the right showing the locations and times, and allowing a user with sufficient rights to edit the times for any mistakes
• Details for a lead passenger/contact can now be stored in the Additional Job Information section underneath each job. This information is then relayed to the driver on version 3.0
• This new update also allows, in conjunction with the Driver App version 3.0, for booking documents (PDF's and image files) to be displayed and opened in the Driver App
Improving the customer experience
• Upgraded the mapping engine to the latest Here Maps version. This is more accurate and has improved clarity and performance
• Description change from CRVT to MOT in vehicle screen
• Added vehicle type hover over info on diary screens
• Adding an event now defaults to the current selected diary date not today's date
New Reports and changes to existing reports
• A host of new payroll reports is also being released in the coming weeks to support the new feature
Fixes
• Fixed various DST issues
• Fixed issue with the Email Check button not working on Walk around check screen
• Various internal customer account management status fixes
