Enhancements

•Multiple unused hubs can now be removed in one go.

•Tour date/duration change should now refresh the tour to show the changes.

•Tour itinerary viewer (web page) has been increased in size to 1000px x 800px to allow for larger websites.

•Insurance rates now have a Yes/No warning before removal.

•Seat swap has been improved (more efficient coding), it also now has a move to unseated.
