Enhancements to the Insurance Booking Process
To comply with current insurance sale regulations, an assessment of passenger vulnerability is now required.
A new feature during the booking process now checks and records this information on a per-passenger basis as detailed below:
Users are able to record 5 key areas of information regarding a vulnerability:

Level
Detail
Notes
Permission to Share (with insurer)
These records are stored within the systems database and can be output and reported on as needed.
Additional Information
•Insurance options have all of the required Date of Birth and vulnerability enforcements, as applied to the standard method of insuring a passenger.
•The user has the ability to enter an individual passenger's DOB in the pax edit window.
•A place to store the current policy number/scheme code in use on the system.
Fixes
•Improved the speed of transferring bookings from or to a tour with a large number of shares (50+) taking over a minute to complete.
•Updated an issue within the tour notes, adding additional white space.
•Options now retain the Grouping and Supplier when creating a new tour with the Replicate feature.
•Voucher Payments can now be manually added when a Credit Card Merchant is not allocated.
•Issue with seat totals displaying a '?' in the tour finder, relating to shared tours now fixed
•Fixed an issue when transferring bookings with unseated passengers, not updating to the new tour.
•The 'Keep Own Price' option when sharing accommodation in the tour settings is now correctly respected when allocating from the accommodation stack.
