Fixes

•Agent statement reports not exporting to excel is now fixed.

•Issue causing the oAuth2 email delivery to occasionally fail now resolved.

•Improved an issue when transferring a booking with a different 'H' number centre.  An advisory message is now displayed instead of causing an accommodation error in the booking.

•Per Passenger option now correctly displays the quantity number when allocating to a tour, previously caused an issue for a specific tour and option type.
