Fixed a bug where the incorrect passenger was being checked for insurance options and thus preventing the removal of the passenger under some circumstances.

Reserve

Added email address validation when making a booking via the reserve window.

Marketing

Added new field into the mail list to allow customers to opt out of email marketing.
