Fixes

•Instances of the OP_REF not being posted in the cashbook for selected payment getway's when taking payment for vouchers now resolved.

•Non Payable Vouchers now displays a value in the redemption table when redemeed by the user.

•Fixed an issue when swapping seats on a shared tour not applying a reserved flag on the master tour.  

•Paying a booking deposit by voucher now sets the status of the booking to Confirmed when applied.

•Issue when swapping seats from a booking that is part of a shared tour, not removing and adding the reserve flag, now resolved.
