New Feature - Task Reminder & Scheduler
This new feature will allow users to set reminders for specific dates and times for general day to day tasks to be performed.
In addition the user will be able to add tasks and reminders relating to specific entities, such as bookings, tours and clients, directly from within the relevant screens for those items.
A selection of tasks can be automatically allocated by the system as individual assignments and allocated based on a hierarchic level assigned to the user.
Additional task scenarios can be requested and added to the relevant areas of the software.
The task window will be displayed as a floating form on the desktop of t4, with the task colours being fully customisable.
Fixes
•Both versions of the Insurance Bordereau now export to the default insurance path.
•Issue causing the Web Browser form required for viewing websites and reprinted documents to error before displays, now resolved.
•Updated a contingency when the licencing server is not available, allowing the user to still log into t4.
•Issue with posted refund details being rounded up in booking notes now resolved.
•Setting to enable alternative Insurance Bordereau now saves as expected.
