November 2020 Covid Update

We realise a further period of lockdown is going to have a huge impact for our customers and its knock on effect will ripple throughout the tourism industry. We also know and appreciate the importance of trying to balance business needs with keeping normal operational activities going as far as possible.

As throughout the pandemic, we want to reassure all our customers that we will remain fully operational during the lockdown. We are fortunate that most of our customer support can be done remotely. In line with Government guidelines we have suspended all onsite visits to client sites and client visits to our office. This will allow us to concentrate our resources on remote support and training, product development and to deliver our latest version of WebRes, which we announced only last week.

At Roeville our top priority right now is to ensure our own business processes are robust so we can continue to offer the maximum level of support to all our customers. We will also strive to maintain the best possible e-commerce and web hosting service to show the public that businesses are open and to give confidence for when the situation improves.

The Directors and staff at Roeville are fully committed to doing all we can to support our valued customers at this time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help in any way.

20/03/2020 Revision

During this period of uncertainty and instability around Covid-19, wellbeing and containment are the key priorities for all businesses. We all know it is also important to balance business needs and to keep operational activities going as much as possible.

We realise the current uncertainties will have a huge impact on all our customers and a knock on effect right through the supplier chain.

At Roeville our top priority right now is to ensure our own business processes are robust so we can continue to offer the maximum level of support to all our customers. We will also strive to maintain the best possible e-commerce and web hosting service to show the public that businesses are open and to give confidence for when the situation improves.

We are in the fortunate position that most of our customer support is done remotely and we want to reassure all our valued customers that we will do our utmost to remain fully operational in these challenging and uncharted times.

In line with Government guidelines we have suspended all on site visits to concentrate our resources on remote support.

In the meantime please be assured that you are in our thoughts and please do not hesitate to call if there is anything further we can do to assist.
