Festive Message

We would like to wish all of our loyal customers a very Merry Christmas and what we hope will be a very prosperous New Year from all the team here at Roeville. 

This part of the year is a fantastic time for us to reflect on the busy year behind us. To be thankful for all of our highly valued customers and to be looking forward to the extremely exciting things to come during 2018.

We are honoured to be doing this alongside you all. We have said this many times before but we truly see all of you as partners rather than just customers and will continue to support you and your companies for many many Christmas's to come!



Christmas Opening Times

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.......

Would you believe it but we're less than 2 weeks away from Christmas Eve. For most of our customers the wheels don't stop turning over Christmas so I know many of you will continue to work through out. Others may get a rare chance to down tools and spend some quality time with the family.


We would like to take this opportunity to remind all our customers of our opening hours during the holiday period:

Monday 25th December 2017:       CLOSED
Tuesday 26th December 2017:      CLOSED
Wednesday 27th December 2017: CLOSED
Thursday 28th December 2017:     CLOSED
Friday 29th December 2017:          CLOSED
Monday 1st January 2017:             CLOSED
Tuesday 2nd January 2017:           OPEN AS NORMAL


We re-open to normal office hours as of 9am Tuesday 2nd January.






The 13th January 2018 brings into force the Governments new rules on companies levying charges to customers for paying by Credit Card. To cut a long story short - they can't anymore. All forms of charges or fee's are to become illegal and the legislation will be put into law from that date. 

The majority of our customers will currently charge an amount, typically a small percentage, for taking a credit card payment. For this reason the vast majority are affected. You will need to follow the below link for your software to view a how to guide on removing this charge from your system to ensure you comply with the new law by the 13th January.

We would like to Welcome...

....Dan to our Roeville team.

Dan recently joined us here at Roeville as Business Development Manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience having spent the past 11 years as Operations Manager for a well known tour and coach operator.

This will help us to build on our relationships with our customer base nationwide to provide a higher level of account management and visit our customers on a more regular basis. He will also work directly with our developers to shape future product and update releases to be more tailored towards the immediate needs of our clients.




Some recent website launches ...

2017 continues to be the busiest year ever for our WebRes design and build studio. Our dedicated team have been working tirelessly with customers to achieve a range of stunning new WebRes sites. Each site is individually planned and meticulously crafted to meet the exacting needs of business in an increasingly competitive world of e-commerce.

We have customers regularly recording figures in excess of 50% of their tour bookings being taken on-line through WebRes - this can be even higher for day excursions. This reinforces the benefit of a well thought-out web site backed up by intelligent marketing driven from our t28 and t3 reservation software.
